Standard sessions run for 50 minutes. Longer family or initial assessment sessions can be arranged when needed.

Yes. Telehealth sessions by secure video or phone are available across Australia, alongside in-person appointments in NSW and VIC.

Absolutely. Interpreter support can be arranged on request, and you are welcome to bring a trusted family member or support person.

No referral is required to book a counselling session. If you have a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan, let us know and we can discuss how it applies.

Please give at least 24 hours notice so the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations inside 24 hours may attract a fee.

We currently operate on a private fee basis and are not yet eligible to offer bulk billing.
We also accept clients through Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
We are working towards becoming an approved provider for Victims Services, NDIS (subject to eligibility), and selected private health insurers (subject to accreditation).
